Name : Orvieto Classico Superiore Muffa Nobile DOC

Notes : Enveloping scent of acacia honey, spices such as saffron and cinnamon. On the palate it is persuasive, harmonious softness and persistence.

Vinification & Aging: Entirely manual harvest between October and December. Fermentation with native yeasts in steel for 20 days. Biodynamically inspired. The first vintage produced was 1986, but in reality the experimentation on this very particular Muffa began already at the end of the 70s, thanks to the research and passion of Luigi Barberani.

Pairings : Perfect with liver appetizers, blue, goat or spicy cheeses, dry pastries. Great meditation wine.
