Produced with 100% Moscatel grapes, a grape with great aromatic expression, it is aged for at least 5 months in used American oak barrels. Capel Reservado is a superior Pisco, both in aromas and taste. The color is intense and has a delicate aroma of fruit with a light touch of wood. On the palate it is well balanced. The bottle, unique in its kind, recalls the monolithic Moai statues of Easter Island.
