Notes : Elegant nose, with scents of white flowers, peach and citrus, mixed with hints of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, beautiful elegance and persistence.

Vinification & Aging: Alcoholic fermentation lasting 30 days at a temperature of 15-16°C. After vinification, the wine rests on the yeasts at a low temperature until spring.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with delicate fish-based preparations. Perfect with oysters and seafood appetizers.
