Notes: Hawthorn aromas and notes of white fruit such as blackcurrants and white mulberries, on the palate it resumes the olfactory notes

Vinification & Aging: Cold pre-fermentative skin maceration. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Partial malolactic fermentation. Aging in steel for three months and subsequent rest in bottle.

Pairings: it goes wonderfully with vegetable soups.
