Notes: Complex, fresh and fruity on the nose with notes of white fruit, such as pear and banana. Balanced on the palate, excellent final persistence.

Vinification & Aging: Harvest at the end of September. Vinified in white and then undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Maturation in steel with rest on the fine lees for 2 months.

Pairings: Excellent with seafood appetizers, tasty first courses and white meats. Excellent as an aperitif.
