Notes: Fruity on the nose, hints of small red fruits and spices. Dry, harmonious and elegant on the palate, with good structure.

Vinification & Aging : destemming, alcoholic fermentation and maceration for 6/8 days at a controlled temperature (26-28°C) with frequent pumping over. Aging in tank for 3/4 months and bottling.

Pairings: first courses, red and white meats, including grilled ones, cured meats, soft and slightly aged cheeses.
