Notes: It is fruity and delicate on the nose, with hints of morello cherry and ripe raspberry, red fruit and sweet almond. On the palate it is dry but velvety and well-balanced, with a pleasant aftertaste of cooked, burnt and enveloping fruit.

Vinification & Aging: Grapes from the municipality of San Pietro in Cariano. Aging in 100% Slavonian oak barrels, subsequent refinement in the bottle.

Pairings : It goes well with red meats, boiled meats, roasts and medium-aged cheeses.
