Notes : On the nose it presents notes of yellow peach and apple in harmony with citrus sensations of jasmine and grapefruit. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with a soft entry.
Vinification & Aging: Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes were destemmed and softly pressed. The must obtained was transferred to stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10 °C to obtain a natural clarification. The alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 16-17 °C to keep the primary aromas intact. The wine was aged for a short period in steel and rested for 4 months in the bottle before being released on the market
