Notes : Aromas of ripe berries, cherry and plum jam. Spicy and toasted notes of vanilla, cocoa and coffee given by the 6-month refinement in steel and 4 in French oak barrels. On the palate it is soft, velvety and persistent with an elegant tannic structure typical of Primitivo.
Vinification & Aging: Red vinification and maceration of the grapes at a temperature of 20-24°C for 20-25 days. Aging in stainless steel for 8 months and French oak barrels for 4 months, then bottled.
Pairings: platters of mature and blue cheeses, game-based dishes, dark chocolate desserts.
