Name : Marche Rosato IGP

Notes: Clean and refined aroma with distinct floral notes reminiscent of strawberry and red fruit jam. The taste is dry, balanced and round with a refined aroma reminiscent of small red fruits and in particular cherry.

Vinification & Aging: Destemming, thermal reduction at 6°C with the aid of an exchanger, maceration at the same temperature in a thermo-conditioned steel fermenter. Tapping and assembly of the free-run musts after about 48 hours and static clarification. Very slow fermentation at 13°C for over 4 weeks. Racking and aging on the noble lees for at least 2 months.

Pairings: Due to its natural characteristics, it is an extraordinary aperitif and an elegant companion to fish and meat dishes, preferably white.
