Notes : Only 256 bottles of this 20-year-old rum matured in an ex-bourbon barrel with tropical and continental aging. An authentic rum, without added flavors, sugars or colorants. Local sugar cane and pristine, coral-filtered water from the island give life to a minimal and highly prestigious production. Double distillation in copper stills and no cold filtration.

Notes and aromas of vanilla, custard and spices, such as cloves are the main ones of the olfactory bouquet that on the palate is enriched with hints of nutmeg, white chocolate and almond. The taste is not aggressive, maintaining an exceptional roundness.

Excellent with chocolate desserts but also with mature cheeses, dried fruit and desserts based on exotic fruit. Enjoy it with a Toscano il Moro cigar.
