Notes : Pleasant harmony of red berry fruit aromas, pepper and spices. Full and soft on the palate, with rose aromas and a long finish.

Vinification & Aging: the grapes are hand-picked and taken to the cellar where they are destemmed. After a 24-hour cold maceration, 1/3 of the volume is aged in barrels for 4 months.

Pairings : Excellent with seafood, grilled fish and white meats.
