Notes : Nose of great intensity and balance. Important notes of blackberries and ripe red fruit emerge. Harmonious on the palate, excellent body with velvety tannins. Great elegance.
Vinification & Aging: Entirely manual harvest in September. Fermentation with native yeasts in steel for 20 days. Spontaneous malolactic. Biodynamically inspired.
Pairings : Excellent as an aperitif, to be paired with fried seafood and raw fish, spoon desserts with fresh fruit.
