Note: On the nose it suggests notes of violet, dog rose and berries. In the mouth it is round and enveloping, with hints of wild strawberries and blackberries. Good structure with soft and fine tannins. Refreshing acidity.

Vinification & Aging: Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks and bottling after the winter.

Pairings: It goes well with cured meats and fresh cheeses, pasta dishes and second courses of white meat, but also grilled fish and typical broths of the Marche region.
