Notes: Fruity on the nose, bursting with blackberry and cherry aromas. Spicy undertone. Full on the palate with pleasant acidity, excellent drinkability.

Vinification & Aging : destemming, alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts and maceration for 3-6 days at a controlled temperature (24-26°C) with frequent pumping over. Aged in vats for 3/4 months and bottling.

Pairings: tasty soups and broths, white meats and aromatic stewed poultry, grilled red meats, eel, cod and stockfish, aromatic fish soups, medium-aged cheeses.
