Name : Sicilia Rosso DOP

Note: Rich on the nose, with sweet hints reminiscent of blackberry.
mulberry and black cherry. Sweet spices recall licorice, incense and cocoa berry. On the palate it is structured, with a vigorous but at the same time elegant and fragrant character, endowed with excellent persistence.

Vinification & Aging: After a 24/48h cold pre-fermentation maceration, the grapes are fermented in horizontal and vertical winemakers. Maturation for 12 months, partly in barriques and partly in steel.

Pairings: Excellent with first courses based on meat and vegetables, roasts, game, medium-aged cheeses.
