Notes: Fragrant and delicate, this Colombard reveals very intense aromas. An unpretentious wine, easy to drink with a nice freshness.
Vinification & Aging: 18 year old vines facing south on stony soil, harvested manually. Selected yeasts for induced fermentation, aged in steel for 6 months. 100% Colombard de Languedoc.
Pairings : Excellent with spaghetti with clams and roast fish.
