Name : Etna Bianco DOC

Notes: On the nose it presents citrus notes of lemon and cedar that intertwine with orange blossom and jasmine and on the palate it is full-bodied but well supported by the acidity that gives the tasting a rare freshness with a long finish.

Vinification & Aging: Cold maceration for about 24 hours and subsequent static defecation. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 16°C for about 20-25 days. The wine ages in steel on the yeasts for approximately 6 months.

Pairings: excellent with sushi, seafood first courses, fried blue fish.
