Notes: It is seductive on the nose. At the beginning, hints of white flowers marry well with aromatic vegetables, then emerge enveloping notes of flowers and citrus leaves. In the mouth it is full and with a beautiful structure, the flavor guarantees a great persistence of taste.

Vinification & Aging: Selection of the bunches on the plant and manual harvesting, in 14 kg boxes. Soft pressing with pneumatic presses with closed lung. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel and, to a minimal extent, in oak barriques. maturation in steel tanks.

Pairings: Perfect with shellfish, mushrooms and truffles, fish-based appetizers and first courses.
