English-inspired, 400 Conigli Gin stands out for its Italianness, drawing from what the land is rich in, a Mediterranean land made of intense aromas, penetrating colors and inimitable flavors. Distilled in the land of the Venetian plain of Nervesa della Battaglia, 400 Conigli Gin embodies the essence of "Make Your Own Gin" without neglecting the mad study for the balance of the characterizing botanicals. The goal of 400 Conigli gin is to obtain a linear, gentle and particularly characterizing base, but as suitable as possible to enhance its aromatization. The coffee gin of 400 Conigli is a distillate obtained exclusively by infusing, in a juniper distillate, a blend of coffee beans, originally from Ethiopia, after their roasting. There is no addition of flavorings to the mixture. The juniper distillate itself is the result of the aromatic extraction from juniper fruits infused in cereal alcohol. After grinding the grains, a part of them will be used by extracting the aromas in a bain-marie. The remaining part is infused for a few days in ethyl alcohol. The two products obtained will then be combined by dosing the quantities and complete the finishing process of this unusual product. The filtration also takes place "by hand". The distillate is collected "by gravity" and passed through conical linen and cotton sieves specifically made to maintain the organoleptic profile as unaltered as possible. This avoids forced filtration which, in some cases, could impoverish the distillate of its most aromatic components.
