Notes: Intense aroma of ripe red fruit, dominated by cherry. The taste is fragrant, soft with a persuasive freshness. Sophisticated.
Vinification & Aging: hand-picked grapes after the pressing phase are left in contact with the skins for about 24/36 hours. They are then separated with soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15-18 °C. Aging in steel.
Pairings : Perfect for evenings with friends and tapas, cured meats and spicy foods.
