Notes : Nose of ripe yellow fruit, fresh flowers, spicy notes especially vanilla. Hints of pastry. In the mouth it is fresh with a perfect correspondence with the notes perceived on the nose. Complete and harmonious.

Vinification & Aging: Cuvée produced with grapes mainly of Chardonnay, to which are added those of Pinot Noir and a small part of Pinot Bianco. Fermentation and elevation in small oak barrels. 36 months on the lees. Dosage: 5g/l

Pairings: Suitable as an aperitif and for pairing with meals.
