Notes : On the nose it has delicious aromas of yellow peach, boxwood, elderberry. You can perceive notes of gooseberry and finally a touch of vanilla. On the palate it enters round and shows a balanced structure.

Vinification & Aging : fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging in bottle for 4 months.

Pairings: Classic with fish and shellfish, especially on seafood risotto. Interesting with white meats, also perfect in combination with typical Tuscan cured meats, of which it manages to clean the fattiness and harmonize the aromas.
