Note : A liqueur born from the cold infusion of green walnuts harvested in mid-June and various spices collected including turmeric.

Diluted with herbal teas of the leaves, spices and infused fruits to obtain a unique and intense flavour and to extract the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.

The tenacious and intense aroma of fresh walnut husks, enhanced by the enveloping and delicate flavour of turmeric and the mix of spices and coffee, create a captivating combination that gives the product amazing digestive properties.

On the palate it releases an intense and persistent flavour of a spicy aroma that remains persistent thanks above all to the turmeric, pepper and coffee.
