Notes : On the nose it is intense, aromatic, with an aftertaste of honey. On the palate it is full, very soft and round and it recalls the olfactory notes.

Vinification & Aging: Aged for over 20 months in barriques.

Pairings : A meditation wine, an excellent after-dinner drink to pair with Sicilian biscuits and pastries but also with chocolate and dried fruit.
