Notes : Fruity nose, notes of red fruit, such as cherry, currant and strawberry, accompanied by floral notes. Soft taste, with a vibrant sensation with balanced tannins. Typical and pleasant.
Vinification & Aging: The grapes were destemmed, gently pressed and introduced into stainless steel tanks. Fermentation at a controlled temperature between 26 and 28 °C. At the end of fermentation, the wine is left to refine in large Slavonian oak barrels and a small part in barriques and steel.
Pairings: To be tasted with grilled Florentine steak.
