Note : Produced in a Port-au-Prince distillery founded about 160 years ago, it is an elegant, rare and richly aromatic rum. It is matured in an ex-bourbon barrel and offers great complexity.

On the nose it is spicy, with notes of vanilla and sultanas, leaving room for coconut and candied citrus. On the palate it is unique, with an aromatic structure recalling the olfactory notes, evolving with woody and spicy tones of cinnamon and pepper. The finish is full and persistent. Only 251 bottles produced.

Try it with candied fruit desserts, soft, fatty cheeses and panettone.
