Notes: The aromas are very intense with pleasant notes of white fruit such as peach, citrus and exotic fruit. In the mouth it is immediately appreciated for its good acidity and minerality. In particular, you can appreciate notes of citrus that recall grapefruit as well as a slight sensation of exotic fruit such as papaya. The finish is very persistent and pleasant.

Vinification & Aging: Aging in steel and subsequently in the bottle.

Pairings : Excellent with raw fish appetizers, first courses and fish roasts.
