Vinification & Aging: Grapes from the municipalities of San Pietro in Cariano and Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella . Aging in 100% Slavonian oak barrels, subsequent refinement in the bottle.

Pairings : Excellent with roasts, braised meats, game and mature cheeses.
