Notes : A peaty whisky, in the tradition of the Caol Ila distillery. Aged for 11 years in a cask that had previously contained Oloroso sherry, where the smoke and iodine hints were enriched with fruity and spicy aromas. On the nose the peat is not invasive, leaving room for candied fruit. On the palate, iodine sensations and hints of dark chocolate prevail, aromas of figs and plums, typical of the refinement in sherry cask. Very long and velvety finish.
