Notes : Fruity nose of plum and sour cherry but also herbaceous of hay. Dry and complete taste, warm, powerful and rich in matter. Very soft and persistent finish.
Vinification & Aging: 100% Merlot di Lunguedoc. 27 year old vines at 40m/asl harvested manually. Selected yeasts and induced fermentation, aging in steel for 11 months.
Pairings : Excellent with game and grilled red meats.
