Notes: Fine and clean bouquet, typical of the grape variety. Pleasant notes of raspberries and cherries. On the palate it is round, full, spicy and persistent.

Vinification & Aging : Destemming with cold alcoholic fermentation (18°C - 25°C) on the skins for approx. 14 days. Optimal extraction on the skins with early bleeding. After malolactic fermentation the wine is aged in large wood (500 l) for 12 months.

We recommend aging between 4 and 6 years.

Pairings: recommended with appetizers, white meats and tasty cheeses.
