Notes : Rich on the nose, with notes of yellow fruit, floral scents and acacia honey. Dry, harmonious and elegant on the palate, complex and at the same time balanced.

Vinification & Aging: From Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes, carefully harvested in the first days of September, a soft pressing of the whole grapes follows with immediate separation of the skins. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature for a period of 15-17 days in stainless steel, while a part of the Chardonnay ferments exclusively in barriques. A maturation process follows both in steel and in 225-liter French oak barriques with frequent batonage. Finally, it is refined in the bottle for a further 12 months.

Pairings : rustic vegetable pies, first courses of shellfish, dishes with noble fish, white meats and semi-mature cheeses.
