Name: Caprettone Vesuvio DOC

Notes: The nose expresses fruity and floral aromas. The taste finds a perfect correspondence with the olfactory notes and is elegant, excellent softness and pleasant flavor. A wine of great structure.

Vinification & Aging: Grapes from the centuries-old pergola vineyards of the Sorrentino family, at 250 meters above sea level. The soil is volcanic, therefore sandy and mineral. The harvest begins during the first ten days of September and is entirely manual. Fermentation in stainless steel, followed by aging in the bottle.

Pairings: A complete and all-meal wine, excellent to accompany salads and raw seafood but also white meats and poultry.
