Name: Greco Sannio DOP
Note: Fruity and floral on the nose, dry and balanced on the palate.
Vinification & Aging: The grapes are hand-picked and taken to the cellar; the grapes are then destemmed and softly pressed using the cryomaceration technique with fermentation in stainless steel for about 15 days at a controlled temperature. The product is bottled starting in March.
Pairings: It pairs well with delicate seafood appetizers and first courses, white meats, grilled vegetables, pizza, buffalo mozzarella.
