Notes : Intense nose, you can immediately perceive fresh floral notes, tropical fruit such as pineapple and Mediterranean herbs. Salty, fresh and perfectly balanced taste.

Vinification & Aging : Harvest vineyards in Maremma, between Monte Argentario and Capalbio. Manual harvest, with selection of the bunch already in the vineyard and later in the cellar. Soft pressing with dry ice and fermentation in steel for 2 weeks at low temperatures to maintain the freshness of the vines. Once the three wines are mixed, the blend ages in steel for 3 months. Bottling follows.

Pairings: Perfect with fish, soft cheeses and vegetables.
