Notes : Intense nose, intense red fruit, such as cherry, raspberry and red flowers. Nice acidity and body, delicate tannins make the finish long and pleasant.

Vinification & Aging : Harvest vineyards between Northern Florence and the lower Siena area. Fermentation in steel for 7 days, at the end the blend from the different vineyards is assembled and refined in steel for 6 months before bottling.

Pairings: Excellent with cold cuts and cured meats, first courses with meat sauce, grilled meats, hard cheeses.
