Notes : Good structure and flavor, in the mouth it is clean and elegant, with an aftertaste of berries such as blueberries, currants, raspberries and strawberries. The aroma is elegant and intense.
Vinification & Aging: Vinification for 15/20 days in stainless steel vats. Maturation for 10/12 months in 5 hl tonnaux and French oak barrels, followed by aging in bottle for 3 months.
Pairings : It goes very well with first courses with ragù, white meat, roast, fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
